We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a convenient shower and handrail. The cleanliness was of a good standard, and we had enough towels that were comfortable and well laundered. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of Hoylake metro station, the beach, and Marco Pierre White's restaurant next door.
